Service Details
Maxi Studio is for events that need time to unfold properly. It is suitable for longer sessions, team days, educational events, content creation days, full workshops, strategy sessions, brand events or gatherings with several parts. This package gives enough time for setup, arrival, refreshments, focused work, breaks, discussion and a calmer ending. It is the best option when the event should not feel squeezed into a short time slot. If the day includes several activities, multiple speakers, filming, planning, exercises or deeper group work, Maxi Studio gives the event room to breathe. Best for: Longer meetings, team days, content days, educational events, full workshops, strategy sessions, brand events and gatherings with a more detailed program. Good to know: This is the strongest option if you need a slower rhythm, several breaks, more setup time or a full creative day.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days before your booking, you will receive a refund minus a 4 percent third party payment processing fee. If you cancel 7 to 14 days before your booking, you will receive a 50 percent refund minus a 4 percent third party payment processing fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your booking, the booking is non refundable. The 4 percent payment processing fee covers third party transaction costs and is non refundable when the customer cancels. You may request to reschedule your booking up to 5 days before the event, subject to availability. One rescheduling is included free of charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 5 days before the event may not be accepted and may be treated as a late cancellation. If Mine Designs Workshop Lab needs to cancel the booking, the customer will be offered a new date or a full refund. In this case, no payment processing fee will be deducted. No shows are non refundable.
