2
BEFORE YOUR SESSION
To make the 90 minutes as useful as possible, you will prepare a few simple things before the session.
-
Choose your main focus
Which room or problem area matters most right now? -
Send photos and videos
Photos help me understand the space before I arrive. Daylight photos and evening photos are both useful. -
Collect inspiration images
10 to 20 images are enough. They help me understand what you are drawn to, even if you cannot explain your style yet. -
Prepare a rough budget
You do not need an exact number. A realistic range helps us make better decisions. -
Prepare a floor plan or simple sketchA hand drawn sketch with approximate measurements is enough. If you already have a floor plan, even better. I'll send you a measurement guide for help as well.
-
Fill the pre session survey
The form helps me arrive prepared so we can use the visit for actual decisions.
3
DURING THE SESSION
The session starts with a walkthrough of your space. We look at the room together and discuss how it is used, what feels wrong and what needs to change.
Depending on your priorities, we can focus on:
• Furniture placement
• Layout and circulation
• Lighting direction
• Wall colors and material choices
• Storage solutions
• Existing furniture and what to keep
• New furniture and shopping priorities
• Styling and atmosphere
• Small renovation ideas
• Rental friendly improvements
• How different rooms connect visually
The session is advisory and design focused. Physical rearranging, installation, lifting, moving furniture or hands on renovation work is not included during the visit.
The session is collaborative. I bring professional design experience and you bring the reality of how you use the space, what annoys you and what you secretly hate but have tolerated for too long.

4
AFTER YOUR SESSION
After the session, you receive a written summary by email with the main recommendations and next steps.
This can include:
-
• Key layout decisions
• Main problems we identified
• Suggested changes
• Furniture and shopping priorities
• Lighting, color or material direction
• Notes on what to avoid
• Possible next steps if you want to continue with a design package
5
EXPLORE ADD-ONS
You can choose extra design support when booking your in person interior design session.
The add-ons are prepared after our visit, based on what we discuss during the session, and delivered within 7 business days.
-
Moodboard
A visual direction for your space with colors, materials, atmosphere and style references.
-
4 Follow-Up Questions
Email support after the session for small clarifications and final decisions.
This is ideal for questions like:
• “Which of these two lamps works better?”
• “Does this sofa fit the direction we discussed?”
• “Should I choose this color or the other one?”
• “Is this product a good match for the space?”
This add-on does not include new design work, drawings, layouts, 3D models, product research or a full shopping list.
You can ask these questions within one month after our session. You'll receive a response within 2 business days.
-
3D SketchUp Design
A simple 3D draft of your space, prepared after the visit based on what we discuss during the session.
It helps you understand the general layout, proportions and furniture placement more clearly, especially if it is hard to imagine the changes only through conversation.
This add-on is ideal for seeing the main spatial idea before making bigger decisions.
It does not include photorealistic renders, technical drawings, construction details or a complete interior design package.

FAQ
Do you work only in Copenhagen?
In person sessions are available in Greater Copenhagen. If you live outside the area, book an online interior design session instead.
What do we cover in 90 minutes?
We focus on the biggest problems first: Layout and flow, functionality, storage, lighting direction, colors and materials, and shopping priorities.
Is this better than an online interior design session?
It depends on what you need. The in person session is better if you want me to experience the space physically and see the real light, proportions and flow. The online session is better if you want a more flexible or more cost effective option.
How many rooms can we do?
Usually 1 main room. If the spaces are small or connected (like entry + living zone) we can cover 2-3 focus areas.
What should I prepare before the visit?
Photos and short videos, 10 to 20 inspiration images, your budget range, and a simple sketch with approximate measurements. You also fill a pre session survey.
Do I need a floor plan?
Not required. A simple hand sketch is enough. If you have a floor plan, great! You can send it so we can work better.
Will you take measurements during the session?
Yes, I take the key measurements needed to validate layout decisions. Full technical measurement packages are a separate service.
Will I receive anything after the session?
Yes. You get a written summary of the recommendations and next steps by email.
Can you help me decide what to buy?
Yes. We can discuss shopping priorities and what types of furniture, lighting, colors or materials make sense for your space. A full detailed shopping list is not included unless agreed separately.
Can I ask questions after the session?
Yes. You have 4 follow up questions after the session so you can move forward confidently.
Do you create mood boards, 3D renders, or a shopping list?
Not in the 90 minute session. If you want those, we can continue with an interior design package after the visit.
Can you help me shop and send product links?
During the session I give shopping direction and what to look for. A short curated list will be sent after the session.
Do you work with renters?
Yes. We focus on upgrades that respect rental limits and still make the home feel personal.
Do you also do commercial spaces like cafés or boutiques?
Yes, for small commercial spaces in Greater Copenhagen.
What languages do you work in?
English.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Plans change, I get it.:) You can cancel up to 72 hours before your session start time. If you cancel and request a refund, a 4% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. With less notice than that, or in case of a no show, the session is considered used and is non refundable. If I ever need to reschedule due to an emergency, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. If we fail to deliver what we promised your money will be refunded.
