After your purchase, you receive a survey form and a measurement guide.
The survey form helps us understand your room, needs and preferences. The measurement guide shows you what to measure and how to prepare the information correctly.
Through the form, you will share:

• Measurements or an existing floor plan
• Furniture you want to keep
• Inspiration images
• Style preferences
• Practical needs
• Budget direction
You do not need to prepare everything from scratch. The form and guide will lead you through the process step by step.

We define the design direction
Before the design work begins, we meet (online or in-person, depending on the package) to discuss your room, priorities and expectations.
This meeting helps us understand your survey form in more depth, so we can create a design that matches your taste, lifestyle and expectations.

We design your project
We prepare the design materials included in your package.
Depending on your package, this may include:
• Moodboards
• Layout plans
• Shopping direction

WHICH PACKAGE TO CHOOSE?

Piccolo:
Choose Piccolo if you need design help for a specific area rather than a full room.
This package includes a moodboard or a 3D SketchUp model and a shopping list.
It is ideal for smaller design zones such as:

-A workspace added to a living room
-A coffee station
-An entrance corner
-A small styling or furniture area
Best for focused design problems that do not require a full room redesign.

Choose Medio if you want a more developed design direction for one room.
This package includes alternative moodboards or a 3D SketchUp model, a shopping list and both dimensioned and non dimensioned layout plans.
If you mainly plan to buy ready made furniture, alternative moodboards are usually the better option.
If your room needs more custom furniture or built in solutions, a 3D SketchUp model is usually recommended.
Best for rooms where you need layout clarity, furniture direction and a stronger visual concept.

Grande:
Choose Grande if you want to redesign the room fully and see the final result before making decisions.
This package includes realistic 3D modelling, a maximum 1 minute long 3D animation video, dimensioned and non dimensioned layout plans and a shopping list.
Best for complete room transformations where you want visual clarity, detailed planning and fewer surprises before implementation.

Massimo:
Choose Massimo if you are in Copenhagen and want the most complete package with in person support.
This package includes the Grande package, plus in person meetings and on site measurements in Copenhagen.
Best for full room redesigns where you want a more detailed process, physical space review and local support.

AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

After your purchase, you will receive the next steps by email. This includes the information form, what you need to prepare and how the process will continue.

The meeting included in your package we will be scheduled before the design work begins.

The design timeline starts after all necessary information is received. This is important because missing measurements, unclear photos or incomplete information can delay the process.

Once everything is clear, your design package is prepared according to the scope of the package you selected.

The delivery timeline may vary based on your requested details. We'll ensure you have a clear understanding of this during our 30-minute online preliminary discussion.
