If a person under 18 purchases or uses a paid Service despite this requirement, the responsibility belongs to the User and, where applicable, the User’s parent or legal guardian.

Mine Designs reserves the right to cancel, refuse or suspend access to a Service if Mine Designs becomes aware that the User is under 18 and does not have the required consent.

If a Service is purchased by a parent, legal guardian or responsible adult for a person under 18, the adult making the purchase is responsible for the purchase, payment, communication and use of the Service.

1.5 Acceptance of the Agreement

The User accepts this Agreement when the User accesses the Website, creates an account, logs in, books a Service, purchases a Service, makes a payment, accesses Digital Content, downloads materials, attends a session or otherwise uses any Service provided by Mine Designs.

By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

If the User does not agree with this Agreement, the User must not use the Website, purchase Services, access Digital Content or use any Service provided by Mine Designs.

The User is responsible for reading the relevant Service Page before purchasing a Service.

Each Service may have specific terms, limitations, deliverables, cancellation rules, refund rules, deadlines, access rules or delivery conditions stated on the relevant Service Page. The relevant Service Page forms part of the agreement between the User and Mine Designs for that specific Service.

If the User accepts this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, the User confirms that they are authorized to do so.

If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the specific terms stated on a relevant Service Page, the Service Page will apply to the specific Service, unless the conflicting term would be unlawful or invalid.

The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of the User’s use of the Website and Services where relevant.

1.6 Updates to the Agreement

Mine Designs may update, change or revise this Agreement from time to time.

The version of the Agreement that applies to a specific purchase is generally the version available at the time of purchase.

Later changes to this Agreement will not materially reduce the User’s rights for an already confirmed purchase unless the change is required by law, necessary for security, necessary for legal compliance or clearly beneficial to the User.

Updated versions of this Agreement may apply to future purchases, future bookings, future access to Digital Content and continued use of the Website.

Mine Designs may notify Users of significant changes by email, website notice, account notice or another reasonable communication method.

The User is encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.

Continued use of the Website or Services after an updated version has been published may be considered acceptance of the updated Agreement, where legally permitted.

If the User does not agree with an updated Agreement, the User should stop using the Website and should not purchase new Services.

2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement

2.1 Website Use

This Agreement regulates the User’s access to and use of the Website, including browsing the Website, creating an account, submitting forms, making purchases, booking Services, accessing Digital Content and communicating with Mine Designs through the Website.

The Website provides information about Mine Designs, its Services, prices, service descriptions, booking options, digital content, articles, educational materials, contact forms and other related content.

The User agrees to use the Website only for lawful, personal, professional or business related purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

The User must not use the Website in a way that may damage, disable, overload, interrupt, copy, misuse or interfere with the Website, Mine Designs’ systems, other users or third party services connected to the Website.

Mine Designs may update, change, remove, suspend or limit access to any part of the Website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, legal, commercial or operational reasons.

Mine Designs does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error free or compatible with every device, browser, system or internet connection.

2.2 Services Covered by the Agreement

This Agreement applies to all Services provided by Mine Designs unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Services covered by this Agreement may include but are not limited to:

  • Online interior design consultations

  • In person interior design consultations

  • Architectural and interior design advice

  • Design packages

  • Mood boards and inspiration boards

  • Layout suggestions

  • Product suggestions and shopping guidance

  • 3D models, sketches, visuals and design plans where included

  • Written summaries and session notes

  • Courses, trainings and webinars

  • Downloadable guides, PDFs, templates and other Digital Content

  • Recorded content and educational materials

  • Project management sessions

  • Other paid or free offerings provided by Mine Designs

The exact content, duration, format, deliverables, limitations, price, refund rules and delivery method of each Service will be described on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

Unless clearly stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed in writing, Services do not include engineering, structural calculations, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, official building permits, legal building approval, construction supervision, contractor responsibility, site safety responsibility or technical certification.

Mine Designs may refuse or cancel a Service if the requested work is outside its professional scope, unsuitable for the Service purchased, unsafe, unlawful, technically inappropriate or not possible within the available schedule.

2.3 Service Specific Pages

Each Service may have its own Service Page on the Website.

The Service Page may include important information such as:

  • Service description

  • Price

  • VAT information

  • Duration

  • Meeting format

  • Number of sessions or meetings

  • Included deliverables

  • Delivery timeline

  • User responsibilities

  • Required materials from the User

  • Revision rights

  • Limitations

  • Cancellation and refund rules

  • Access rules for Digital Content

  • Expiry or usage period

  • Additional fees

  • Special conditions

The User is responsible for reading the relevant Service Page carefully before purchasing or booking a Service.

By purchasing or booking a Service, the User confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the information on the relevant Service Page.

If a Service is agreed by email or another written communication instead of a Service Page, the written agreement between the User and Mine Designs will define the scope, price, deliverables and conditions of that specific Service.

2.4 Relationship Between this Agreement and Service Pages

This Agreement provides the general terms that apply to the Website and all Services provided by Mine Designs.

The relevant Service Page provides the specific terms for the particular Service purchased by the User.

Both this Agreement and the relevant Service Page form part of the agreement between the User and Mine Designs.

If there is a difference between this Agreement and the relevant Service Page, the Service Page will apply to the specific Service, unless the Service Page term is unlawful, invalid or clearly impossible to apply.

If a separate written agreement has been made between Mine Designs and the User for a specific Service, that written agreement will apply to that specific Service together with this Agreement.

Nothing on a Service Page should be understood as including additional work, revisions, meetings, drawings, technical checks, project management, contractor responsibility or extra deliverables unless they are clearly stated as included.

If the User is unsure whether something is included in a Service, the User should contact Mine Designs before purchasing.

3. Prices, Payment and Invoice Information

3.1 Prices and VAT

The prices of Services are shown on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

Prices may be shown including VAT, excluding VAT or with both amounts displayed, depending on the relevant Service Page, customer type, market or payment setup.

The applicable VAT treatment will be shown before payment where required.

If a price is shown excluding VAT, VAT may be added at checkout or on the invoice where applicable.

If a price is shown including VAT, the displayed amount includes VAT according to the applicable VAT rules.

The User is responsible for reviewing the price, VAT information, payment terms and Service details before completing the purchase.

Mine Designs may update prices at any time. Confirmed purchases are not affected by later price changes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A price shown on the Website is valid only for as long as it remains published and available on the relevant Service Page, unless otherwise stated.

Obvious pricing errors, technical errors or payment system errors do not oblige Mine Designs to provide a Service at an incorrect price.

3.2 Payment

A purchase or booking is confirmed only when payment has been received by Mine Designs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The User must pay for the selected Service using one of the payment methods offered by Mine Designs.

Payment may be made through third party payment providers, bank transfer or another payment method accepted by Mine Designs.

For Services that require scheduling, Mine Designs may require payment before confirming the date and time.

For Services that require project work, preparation or delivery of materials, Mine Designs may require payment before beginning the Service.

If payment is not completed, Mine Designs is not obliged to reserve a time slot, begin preparation, provide access to Digital Content or deliver any Service.

The User is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is correct and that the payment method used is valid and authorized.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, cancelled, charged back or not completed, Mine Designs may suspend or cancel access to the relevant Service until the issue is resolved.

Mine Designs may refuse or cancel a purchase if there is suspected fraud, misuse, payment failure, incorrect information or other reasonable concern.

3.3 Third Party Payment Providers

Mine Designs may use third party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, card payment providers, bank transfer services or other payment systems.

The User may be required to accept the terms and conditions of the relevant third party payment provider when completing a purchase.

Mine Designs is not responsible for technical issues, delays, declined payments, currency conversion fees, card fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, Stripe fees or other charges caused by the User’s bank, card provider, payment provider or other third party payment service.

If the User cancels a Service and a refund is approved, Mine Designs may deduct third party payment processing fees where legally permitted and clearly disclosed before payment.

Payment processing fees are not deducted when Mine Designs cancels the Service and issues a refund because Mine Designs cannot provide the agreed Service.

Refunds are normally processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in the User’s account may depend on the User’s bank, card provider or payment provider.

3.4 Invoice Information

Mine Designs may request the information necessary to issue an invoice or payment document.

This may include the User’s name, surname, company name, billing address, country, email address, VAT number, tax identification number, national identification number where necessary, payment information and other billing details.

The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete invoice information.

If the User provides incorrect or incomplete invoice information, Mine Designs is not responsible for delays, incorrect invoice details or administrative issues caused by the User’s information.

If the User needs a specific invoice detail to appear on the invoice, the User must provide this information before or during the purchase process.

Invoices or payment documents will be sent to the User by email or made available digitally within a reasonable time after purchase.

Mine Designs may refuse to change invoice information after the invoice has been issued if the requested change is not legally or administratively possible.

The User is responsible for keeping a copy of invoices, receipts and payment confirmations for their own records.

3.5 Campaigns, Discounts and Price Changes

Mine Designs may offer campaigns, discounts, promotional prices, limited time offers, coupon codes, launch prices, seasonal offers or other special pricing from time to time.

Campaigns and discounts apply only under the conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, campaigns and discounts cannot be combined.

If the User is eligible for more than one campaign or discount, only one campaign or discount may be applied to the same purchase.

Mine Designs may change, pause, extend, end or withdraw campaigns and discounts at any time.

Campaigns and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to purchases that have already been completed unless Mine Designs expressly agrees in writing.

A lower price offered after the User’s purchase does not entitle the User to a refund of the price difference.

A campaign price, launch price or promotional price does not create a permanent right to the same price in the future.

Mine Designs may update Service prices, package names, Service content, payment conditions and campaign terms over time. Confirmed purchases are not affected by later changes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Architectural and Interior Design Services

4.1 General Scope of Design Services

Mine Designs provides architectural and interior design related services, including online consultations, in person consultations, design packages, project guidance, interior design advice, layout suggestions, mood boards, inspiration boards, product suggestions, styling direction, spatial planning, renovation related guidance and other design services described on the Website or agreed separately in writing.

The exact scope of each Service depends on the Service purchased by the User and the information stated on the relevant Service Page.

Services may include one or more of the following, depending on the purchased Service:

Mine Designs provides design advice and recommendations based on the information, photos, videos, plans, measurements, preferences and project details provided by the User.

The User understands that design work is partly dependent on the quality, accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the User.

4.2 What Mine Designs Does and Does Not Provide

Mine Designs provides architectural and interior design advice, creative direction, spatial planning, aesthetic guidance and practical design recommendations within the scope of the purchased Service.

Unless clearly stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing, Mine Designs does not provide:

  • Structural engineering

  • Electrical engineering

  • Plumbing engineering

  • Ventilation engineering

  • Fire safety engineering

  • Official building permit applications

  • Legal building approval

  • Construction supervision

  • Site management

  • Contractor responsibility

  • Worksite safety responsibility

  • Final technical certification

  • Quantity surveying

  • Guarantees for contractor workmanship

  • Guarantees for supplier performance

  • Guarantees for product availability

  • Guarantees for product quality from third party brands

Mine Designs may provide general design related guidance about technical subjects, but this does not replace the advice or approval of qualified engineers, contractors, electricians, plumbers, building authorities, fire safety consultants or other relevant professionals.

If a design recommendation requires structural, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire safety, legal or technical approval, the User is responsible for obtaining the necessary professional checks and approvals before implementation.

Mine Designs is not responsible for problems caused by implementing design recommendations without proper technical, legal or professional verification.

4.3 User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely information needed for the Service.

This may include photos, videos, measurements, floor plans, ceiling heights, window and door positions, existing furniture dimensions, budget information, style preferences, functional needs, household information, inspiration images, restrictions from landlords or building management, technical limitations and any other information relevant to the project.

The User is responsible for checking that the measurements and information provided to Mine Designs are correct.

If the User provides incorrect, incomplete, unclear or delayed information, Mine Designs is not responsible for delays, reduced service quality, unsuitable recommendations, incorrect layouts, additional costs or implementation problems resulting from that information.

The User is responsible for informing Mine Designs about any relevant limitations before or during the Service. This may include rental restrictions, building rules, budget limits, physical accessibility needs, allergies, pets, children, existing technical installations, construction limitations, protected building rules or any other factor that may affect the design.

The User is responsible for final decisions, purchases, implementation and communication with suppliers, contractors, landlords, building management and authorities unless these responsibilities are expressly included in the purchased Service.

The User should not assume that a recommendation is technically, legally or structurally approved unless Mine Designs has expressly stated this in writing and the relevant professional checks are included in the agreed Service.

4.4 Online Sessions

Online Sessions are provided through video call, online meeting platform, voice call or another remote communication method agreed between the User and Mine Designs.

The duration, content, included deliverables and delivery timeline of each Online Session are stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

The User is responsible for joining the Online Session on time and making sure that their internet connection, device, camera, microphone and required materials are ready.

If the User joins late, the session will still end at the originally agreed time unless Mine Designs agrees otherwise.

If the User does not attend the Online Session and has not rescheduled according to the applicable rules, the session may be considered used and no refund may be provided.

For Online Sessions that require preparation, the User must provide the requested materials within the timeframe stated on the Service Page or communicated by Mine Designs.

If the User does not provide the required materials in time, Mine Designs may still hold the session, but the quality, depth and usefulness of the session may be reduced. Mine Designs is not responsible for reduced service quality caused by missing or late materials from the User.

Online Sessions may be recorded where this is part of the Service or agreed with the User. If a session is recorded, the recording will be shared with the User according to the relevant Service Page or agreement.

The User may not record, publish, share or distribute the session without written permission from Mine Designs, unless otherwise required by law.

4.5 In Person Sessions

In Person Sessions are provided physically at an agreed location, within the geographical area stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

The User is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the location.

If Mine Designs arrives at the agreed location and the User is not present, cannot provide access or the session cannot take place due to circumstances caused by the User, the session may be considered used and a rescheduling fee may apply if a new appointment is requested.

The User is responsible for informing Mine Designs in advance of any relevant site conditions, including access issues, parking restrictions, pets, safety concerns, construction work, illness, building rules or other conditions that may affect the session.

Mine Designs may refuse, postpone or stop an In Person Session if the location is unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, materially different from what was described or if continuing the session would create health, safety or professional concerns.

In Person Sessions do not include construction supervision, contractor management, official site inspection, technical certification, engineering approval or responsibility for worksite safety unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any measurements taken during an In Person Session are used for the agreed design purpose only. Contractors, manufacturers and suppliers must always verify measurements before production, purchase or installation.

4.6 Delivery Method and Delivery Dates

Delivery dates and delivery methods depend on the Service purchased.

Average delivery times may be stated on the relevant Service Page. These delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed deadlines in writing.

Delivery times may vary depending on project size, complexity, number of rooms, scope changes, additional requests, User response time, quality of provided materials and the amount of information that must be reviewed.

If the User requests additional rooms, additional areas, additional meetings, additional revisions or other extra work, the delivery timeline may be extended.

Mine Designs will make reasonable efforts to deliver Services within the stated or agreed timeframe.

Mine Designs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by missing, incorrect or delayed information from the User, delayed User feedback, third party delays, force majeure, illness, technical issues, platform problems or other circumstances outside Mine Designs’ reasonable control.

For online consultation sessions, relevant materials such as notes, sketches, layout suggestions, concepts, written summaries, recordings or other agreed deliverables are normally delivered within the timeframe stated on the Service Page.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery days are counted as Business Days.

4.7 Dropbox, Email and Digital File Delivery

Deliverables may be sent by email, Dropbox link, downloadable link, video recording link, shared folder, file transfer service or another digital delivery method chosen by Mine Designs.

The User is responsible for downloading, saving and backing up delivered files within 1 month after delivery.

Mine Designs is not responsible for loss of access to files, expired links, deleted links, platform changes or inability to access delivered files if the User does not download or save them within a reasonable period.

The User is responsible for making sure that the email address provided to Mine Designs is correct and accessible.

If the User does not receive a delivery email, the User should contact Mine Designs within a reasonable time.

Mine Designs may resend links or files where reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee indefinite storage or permanent access to delivered materials.

Digital files are delivered for the User’s personal project use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The User may share delivered files with contractors, suppliers or other relevant professionals only for the purpose of implementing the User’s own project. The files may not be copied, resold, published, distributed or used for unrelated projects without written permission from Mine Designs.

5. Design Packages
5.1 Package Scope

Mine Designs may offer structured design packages under names such as Piccolo, Medio, Grande, Massimo or other package names shown on the Website.

The exact content of each Design Package is determined by the relevant Service Page available at the time of purchase.

A Design Package may include one or more of the following depending on the package purchased:

  • Online meetings

  • In person meetings

  • Mood boards

  • Inspiration boards

  • Layout suggestions

  • Furniture placement suggestions

  • Color and material suggestions

  • Product suggestions

  • Shopping guidance

  • 3D models where included

  • Visual presentations where included

  • Technical drawings where included

  • Custom furniture suggestions where included

  • Written summaries

  • Session recordings where included

  • Revision rights where included

Only the deliverables clearly stated on the relevant Service Page are included in the purchased Design Package.

Any service, drawing, meeting, revision, room, area, technical detail, contractor communication or additional deliverable not clearly stated as included is not included in the package.

The User is responsible for reading the relevant Service Page carefully before purchasing a Design Package.

By purchasing a Design Package, the User confirms that they understand the package scope, included deliverables, limitations, use period, delivery method and revision rules.

5.2 Meetings Included in Packages

If a Design Package includes meetings, the number, format and duration of the meetings will be stated on the relevant Service Page.

Meetings may take place online or in person depending on the package purchased.

Online meetings will take place through a video call platform or another remote communication method agreed between the User and Mine Designs.

In person meetings will take place only within the geographical area stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

Meeting times will be agreed between the User and Mine Designs.

The User is responsible for attending meetings on time and providing the required materials before the meeting where requested.

If the User is late, the meeting may still end at the originally agreed time unless Mine Designs agrees otherwise.

If the User does not attend a confirmed meeting and has not rescheduled according to the applicable rules, the meeting may be considered used.

If the User needs to reschedule a confirmed meeting, the User must follow the rescheduling rules stated in this Agreement or on the relevant Service Page.

Meetings included in a Design Package cannot be transferred to another person, another project or another Service unless Mine Designs agrees in writing.

5.3 Package Use Period and Expiry

Design Packages must be used within the period stated on the relevant Service Page.

If no specific period is stated, the Design Package must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase or from the agreed pre meeting date, depending on how the package is structured.

The use period includes the User’s responsibility to provide the required information, attend the required meetings, respond within a reasonable time and cooperate with Mine Designs so that the Service can be delivered.

If the User delays the process by not providing required information, not responding, not attending meetings or not making the package available for use within the applicable period, the package may expire without refund.

If the delay is caused by Mine Designs, the package will not expire because of that delay and the use period will be extended accordingly.

Expired packages cannot be transferred to another person, another project or another Service unless Mine Designs agrees in writing.

Mine Designs may agree to extend or reactivate a package at its own discretion. Any extension or reactivation must be agreed in writing and may require an additional fee, especially if prices, Service scope, availability or project conditions have changed.

5.4 Additional Rooms, Areas and Scope Changes

The price and scope of a Design Package apply only to the room, rooms, area or areas included in the purchased package.

If the User requests additional rooms, additional areas, additional layouts, extra design alternatives, extra drawings, extra meetings, extra revisions, extra product research or any other additional work, Mine Designs may charge an additional fee.

Additional requests made before or during the Service may be added to the existing Design Package if Mine Designs agrees and if the additional work fits the project timeline.

Additional requests made after the Design Package has been completed may be treated as a new Service and priced separately.

Mine Designs may refuse additional work if the request is outside the purchased scope, not suitable for the package, not technically appropriate or not possible within the available schedule.

If the User changes the project scope after the Service has started, Mine Designs may revise the timeline, price and deliverables.

A scope change may include changes such as adding a new room, changing the main function of a room, changing the style direction completely, requesting a new layout after approval or asking for deliverables not included in the original package.

5.5 Room Size and Special Pricing

Design Package prices may be based on room size, project size, number of rooms, level of complexity or the deliverables included in the relevant package.

If the room or project area exceeds the size included in the purchased Design Package, Mine Designs may charge an additional fee.

The applicable size limit and additional fee structure will be shown on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

If the actual size, complexity or condition of the space is materially different from the information provided by the User before purchase, Mine Designs may adjust the price, scope or delivery timeline.

The User is responsible for providing accurate room sizes, measurements and project information.

Mine Designs is not responsible for delays, unsuitable recommendations or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete size information provided by the User.

5.6 Kitchen, Bathroom and Complex Areas

Kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, built in storage areas, custom furniture areas, technical rooms, renovation heavy spaces and other complex areas may require special pricing.

These areas often require more detailed planning, technical coordination, product research, functional analysis and coordination with contractors or suppliers.

Unless clearly stated on the relevant Service Page, kitchen and bathroom design are not automatically included as simple additional room design.

Kitchen design may be priced as a main room, a separate custom Service or a higher complexity Service depending on the project.

Bathroom design may also require special pricing depending on the level of technical and renovation related complexity.

Mine Designs may provide design direction, layout ideas, material suggestions and aesthetic guidance for complex areas within the purchased scope.

However, unless expressly included in writing, Mine Designs does not provide plumbing engineering, electrical engineering, ventilation engineering, structural approval, waterproofing certification, building permit applications or official technical approval.

The User is responsible for checking all technical, legal, safety and construction related matters with qualified professionals before implementation.

5.7 Custom Furniture and Production Drawings

Some Design Packages may include custom furniture suggestions or drawings where this is clearly stated on the relevant Service Page.

Custom furniture may include items such as a TV unit, console, bookshelf, wardrobe, storage unit, desk, shelving system or similar furniture pieces.

The number of custom furniture pieces included, if any, will be stated on the relevant Service Page or agreed separately in writing.

If production drawings are included, they are prepared for design communication and production guidance within the agreed scope.

Once custom furniture drawings, sketches, visuals or design suggestions are delivered, Mine Designs is not responsible for manufacturing, production, installation, site measurement errors, material behavior, workmanship, structural performance, contractor decisions or supplier mistakes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The User is responsible for ensuring that any carpenter, furniture maker, contractor, supplier or manufacturer checks all dimensions, materials, construction details, load requirements, installation conditions and technical feasibility before production.

The User must not treat drawings or visuals as final production approval unless this has been expressly stated in writing.

If the producer, carpenter, contractor or supplier requires additional technical details beyond the included scope, this may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

5.8 Revisions

A revision means a limited adjustment to an existing design within the agreed scope of the purchased Design Package.

A revision may include changes such as color changes, material changes, minor layout adjustments, product replacement or similar limited modifications.

A revision does not mean a completely new design, a new concept, a new style direction, a new room, a new layout from scratch, additional rooms, additional deliverables or repeated rounds of changes unless expressly agreed in writing.

If revisions are included in a Design Package, the number, timing and scope of revisions will be stated on the relevant Service Page.

If a Design Package does not include revisions, the delivered design is considered final.

Revision requests must be made within the period stated on the relevant Service Page or within the timeframe communicated by Mine Designs.

Revision requests made after the revision period may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

Mine Designs may refuse revision requests that exceed the agreed scope, require a new design direction, depend on new information provided late by the User or require work not included in the purchased package.

If the User changes their preferences, budget, room function, style direction or project requirements after the design has been prepared, changes may be treated as additional work rather than a revision.
