What exactly do I get in an online interior design session?

A live Zoom consultation where we make decisions together. You leave with layout direction, color and furniture decisions, plus a shopping direction you can act on immediately. After the session you receive your deliverables by email within 2 business days: summary, layout plan (if included), product guide, session replay, and feedback form.

Is this a full interior design project?

No. This is a decision making and direction service. It simplifies your journey and gives you a roadmap. If you want a fully developed final design, that is what your Interior Design Packages are for.

Who is this best for?

People who feel stuck, overwhelmed by options, or trapped in Pinterest without progress. Also people who want fast clarity before buying furniture, repainting, or rearranging.

Can I book from outside Denmark?

Yes. We are based in Copenhagen but sessions are online worldwide.

Are sessions in Danish?

No. To keep this service accessible worldwide, our sessions and email deliveries are in English.

How do I choose between 30, 60, and 90 minutes?

• 30 minutes: best for one room with decorative tweaks and accessory choices. No layout plan.
• 60 minutes: thorough for one room or lighter review of two rooms. Includes a scaled but not dimensioned layout for one room.
• 90 minutes: up to three rooms overview or deeper work on two rooms. Includes a scaled but not dimensioned layout.

Do you provide a layout plan?

Yes for 60 and 90 minute sessions. The layout is scaled but not dimensioned. The 30 minute session does not include a layout plan.

Why is the layout not dimensioned?

Because the process depends on client provided measurements. A fully dimensioned plan can create costly mistakes if any input measurement is wrong. A scaled plan gives direction without pretending we measured the site ourselves.

What do I need to prepare before the session?

• Complete the survey form at least 24 hours before
• Send measurements using the Measurement Guide
• Send photos or videos of the space but remember that photos are preferred.

What if I do not have a floor plan?

No problem. Measurements and photos are enough. A floor plan helps but it is not required.

What if my measurements are not perfect?

Do your best with the Measurement Guide. If something looks off during the session, we can sanity check it together and adjust recommendations accordingly.

What happens during the session?

Your designer reviews your survey and measurements and prepares for about an hour before your session. During the video call you receive verbal guidance, a design blueprint and solution ideas. Expect advice on colors, furniture placement, decor tips, and product picks.

Can we focus on one specific problem only?

Yes. If your goal is something like “sofa placement”, “paint colors”, “how to make it feel bigger”, or “how to stop wasting money on wrong items”, we can use the whole session for that.

Can we use the session to plan shopping smarter?

Yes. The goal is to reduce wrong purchases and give you a focused shopping direction. After the session you receive a product guide with photos or links.

Do you recommend exact products and brands?

Yes, when it makes sense. You will receive curated product suggestions that fit your style and budget, and we tailor them to where your space is located so the options are realistically available to you. We do not make selections from second hand stores because availability changes quickly.

Can you work with the furniture I already own?

Yes. If you send photos, measurements or links of what you already have, we can build decisions around them and avoid unnecessary spending.

Can renters book this too?

Yes. Sessions are great for renters because we can focus on layout, lighting, textiles, and reversible upgrades that do not require renovation.

Can we cover more than one room?

Mostly, yes, but it depends on how deep we go. The room counts are estimates and always “up to”.

• 90 minutes: up to 3 rooms for a lighter evaluation, or fewer rooms if we go deep
• 60 minutes: usually 1 room thoroughly, or up to 2 rooms with less detail
• 30 minutes: best for 1 room, mostly styling focused (decor, accessories, quick tweaks). No layout plan

How do we connect?

You connect on Zoom and you do not need a paid subscription. After booking, you receive an email with the appointment details and the Zoom link.

What if there are connection issues?

If the issue is on our side, we extend the session or reschedule so you still receive the full session value. If you have trouble joining, email us and we help you quickly.

When do I receive everything after the session?

Within 2 business days you receive an email including: session summary, layout plan (if included), product guide, session replay (audio and video), and a feedback form.

Can I share the session replay with my partner or contractor?

Yes. It is useful for alignment and for remembering details when you implement.

What is your refund policy?

If something feels off and you believe it is on us, email us. We will try to make it right.

If we fail to deliver what we promised, you will be fully refunded.

How do time zones work for worldwide bookings?

When you book, the calendar usually shows the available slots in your own time zone. Your confirmation email will also include the session time and the Zoom details.

If anything looks confusing, double check the time zone shown in the booking confirmation before the session.
